About the Owner
Joe Bunovsky is the owner and head DJ / Event Producer of J&S Entertainment Co. Based out of Madison CT, J&S Entertainment Co., has provided DJ services, P/A sound reinforcement, technical and theatrical event planning as well as private and corporate event production for over 20 years. Joe’s interest in sound and music began when he was 10 but his career as a DJ started in 1988 while still in high school. Trained by a well respected DJ in the industry, Joe soon went off to start his own entertainment and production company. While studying computer information systems and business management at Marist College and then on to SCSU, Joe continued to pursue his love of music and production. Having worked at his college radio station and several Hartford and New Haven area night clubs, Joe’s passion for music and entertaining the masses grew even stronger. In 1998 Joe joined forces with his family owned multimedia and event production company, byDesign Inc. As a producer with byDesign, Joe has traveled the country producing events and conferences where the guests often range in number
from the hundreds on up to thousands. With a clients ranging from the hosts of weddings and private parties to large corporations like Honeywell, Stanley, Sun Products, Ricoh, Labatt and more, you can be sure of Joe’s experience in the field of event production and entertainment. Performing at and producing several hundred events over the past 20 years has made Joe Bunovsky one of the most trusted and respected Event Producer/DJ’s in our area.
